Life on the road. A small Monkey's guide to travel!

Travel..why would a small monkey travel? I blame not only the parents, both have travelled to the farest reaches of the globe from Asia to America, North Africa to North Tyneside but also my love of reading (but not as much as dancing and football).I picked up the urge to explore from them, to sniff out new cuisine, to feel the sea air blowing through my monkey fur to feel the sand beneath my monkey toes!

When I left Uncle Silas in the Congolian forest to travel to England I was but a tiny monkey. Seeking my fortune I arrived in a strange land called WH Smiths and there I discovered my first lonley planet guide next to a box of discounted maltesers and so began my travel education. From Berlin to Belize, Wigan to Western Sahara I read as many books (and munched on as many maltesers) as a small monkey could manage until the day a lovely lady with mad blonde curly hair picked me up and popped my in a blue bag. That's my Mum and she took me home. The rest is; as they say history!

Adventures are for sharing which is why I wish to share mine. My Book 'Edward Lovemonkey - Life on the Road' seems a cool way of doing this, through the eyes of a small monkey. I have loads of tales (I only have one tail) to tell about planes trains and automobiles. Tales of sailing the South China Sea, riding tricycles, geriatric buses and getting lost around Wigan.

So lets crack on!
