Toot Toot......Wales here we come!!!!!!

And we're off!!! 2 weeks, technically 3 countries, 900 miles! TOOT TOOT!!!!

During our jolly hollibobs we endured burning searing sun, torrential downpours, tornado strength winds (that'll be Dad's cooking) petrol stations that haven't actually got any petrol and campsites that haven't even got a karzy! From the North East of England down to Wales then back up to Scotland just to get back to the North East of England t'is enough to get your monkey pants in a twist!!!!

Following the return of Wee (mighty) Angus from the hospital the folks felt that he needed a proper workout, a proper road trip. I mean you can't just jump in and travel all the way to Morocco, hey wait, of course you can! Oh my mistake that's next year...silly me!

This years trial run took in the fabulous Redcar, Sowerby, Skipton, Rhos-on-sea, Criccieth, Llanbedr, Twynn and Shrewsbury!

From sandy beaches to soggy showgrounds, orchards to the green green grass of home, Angus took us safely from town to town although he did get a wee bit thirsty around Twynn...hence the petrol station with no petrol mention. Still driving on fumes we managed to get to a slightly overpriced Gulf station....phew!!!!

Our Angus parked up in Llanbedr....in the wrong spot...had to move...silly people!!!! Ggggrrrrrrr

I won't mention the M6 around Preston where Dad decided to be clever and avoid the traffic jams, Dad, it took us 1 1/2 hours on the A6 to get past!!!!! Never mind!!!

All in all we had a smashing time, more later!!!
